Founder and Composer 

Agung Perdana is a musician, composer, and arranger with a background in ethnic or Indonesian music. I am interested in artistic innovation rooted in global social cultures, discovering the strengths and uniqueness of these cultures, and developing them into new forms that inspire new perspectives and interpretations.

In 2012 Agung Perdana founded a music group called "JAGUANK", JAGUANK is an ethnic music group based in West Sumatra, Indonesia. Which focuses on exploring the style of playing the Talempong musical instrument with the concept of "Awakening of Talempong". This concept is an exploration by combining touches of Western and Eastern musical techniques to give birth to a new style of playing Talempong that is free from its cultural habits while still maintaining its traditional spirit.
